TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. It is requested that the deposit is £50.00 per week. The cheques made payable to Mrs C Mathias. It is regretted that deposits are non - returnable

(depending on circumstances ).  Bookings cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

PAYMENT OF BALANCE

We request that the balance be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date. This date will be forwarded to you on your confirmation of booking slip. Any booking made within 21 days of the arrival date must be paid in full.

 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Should you need to cancel your holiday, please give as much notice as possible, so that we can try and rebook your dates.  If we do,  a full refund will be sent to you, minus a £10 handling fee.  If we are unable to re-let your dates the deposit will be non-returnable

 

LAUNDRY

Guests are kindly requested to bring their own towels.  Bed linen and tea-towels are provided.

 

VEHICLE DAMAGE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to any personal belongings, vehicles or their contents.

 

GUESTS  RESPONSIBILITIES

When occupying the property guests are under an obligation to take reasonable care of it. The property and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Breakages will be charged for

( at our discretion ). If any breakages are discovered on arrival,  please report them immediately.

 

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY

We strive to provide our guests with the highest possible standards.  If a problem occurs, you can be assured that every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

However if any of the appliances, plumbing or electrics break down, it is regretted that no liability can be accepted. These occurrences fall outside of our boundary of reasonable control.
