Beachtop is a Visit Wales 3 star, newly refurbished self catering, holiday chalet which sleeps 4, on a purpose built, popular holiday complex,  just minutes away from the lovely sandy beach of Freshwater East.

 

It is an end of terrace of three, chalet type properties, which face east towards the sea with a bright outlook over the valley and sand dunes.

There is a sea view from the front bedroom window.

The grounds of the holiday village are landscaped lawns with trees and shrubs, with space to sit out and let children play.

 

The Pembrokeshire coastal path runs past the perimeter of the site. The holiday village is nestled in a sheltered valley behind the beach.  There is a pub with bar, restaurant, games room and small shop on site.

Freshwater East is a small village situated on top of the cliffs facing south, within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, ( an area of natural outstanding beauty ). It has an inn, a post box and telephone box.  A short drive downhill, brings you to the entrance to the holiday village with some newly built, colourful New England style homes.

Beachtop ( No 39 ) is found approx 300 metres further in on left hand side.

The beach is over half a mile long with soft sand, a small stream and some lovely coloured pebbles. There are extensive sand dunes with wild flowers and many footpaths behind it.

The National Trust owns Trewent Point, a  headland, along with many other areas of coastline and woodland in the area.

Suits:   Families,  walkers,  surfers,  bird watchers,  couples,  sightseers, senior citizens.  Especially out of school holidays.
